Our Policy Making

At Adgistics, we're committed to ensuring that our website and web applications are inclusive and accessible to people of all abilities. If we notice a page or feature doesn't quite meet (or preferably exceed) accessibility standards, we'll make sure it does whilst also making sure using it is an enjoyable experience. Inclusivity isn't just a box-ticking exercise for us.

Plus, we're keeping our eye on future web standards and are planning updates for when they're confirmed, too.

Content

We've designed our tools so that you're empowered to be able to make your content as accessible as possible. As content authors, it might be your responsibility make sure your content complies with your organisation's own accessibility policy, but we've made that as easy as possible through automation and by providing appropriate functionality via our authoring tools.

In case we hadn't made it obvious yet, we're passionate about inclusivity! So if you need a helping hand, we are happy to work with you to point you in the right direction to help make your content more inclusive, more accessible and available to more people.

Work

We are a team of many roles, from developers and designers, to finance and HR. We have come to realise that accessibility is fundamental to our product at every level and needs to be embedded within all of our processes, from start to finish. This means that everyone at Adgistics is committed to continually learning and practising inclusivity, working forever towards a more diverse, representative, equal workplace for all.

We want to reflect this in our products.

Our Compliance Statement

This accessibility statement applies to our Brand Hub web applications.

This means that you can, for example:

  • customise colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom up to 300% without having to scroll horizontally
  • navigate most of the app using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the app using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the app using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We’ve also made all text content, as simple to understand as possible.

Compliance status

Our Brand Hubs are largely compliant with both the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard and the Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG) 2.0 AA standard.

Due to our commitment to accessibility, we're not only working to be fully-compliant, we're aiming to go beyond our minimum required compliance level to ensure our products are accessible in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Reporting accessibility problems

We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of not only our products, but also this website. If you find any problems not listed on this page or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us.
